Class officially starts at 9:00a on Sundays, but we often don’t get rolling until about 9:05a to allow some time to hang out. Feel free to come early and have a good time. Our 56 space belongs to our 56 students!
Before getting too in depth, we like to do an activity together. From making an escape room to playing real life Fruit Ninja to playing Guitar Hero to making lava lamps, we like to have a good time introducing a Bible story!
Our 56 students are more than capable of in-depth text study. That’s why we dive deep into the Word as we study what our 56 executive team prayerfully guides us to study. It’s student-inspired, fun-filled, Bible-rich learning!
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” – 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Before we know any of the God-breathed truths in the Scripture, we are like tadpoles with no legs – no foundation for our faith. As we grow to a deeper understanding, though, we develop a strong foundation on which our faith can stand. When we continue to ask questions and search for truth, that foundation becomes strong enough to help us walk and even run with our faith.
Through the series “Growing Legs,” we are offering KCC 56 a safe space to ask questions pertaining to faith in order that we might grow our faith foundations even stronger. We all have questions; the Bible has answers. And where the Bible doesn’t have an explicit answer, we believe the Spirit is alive and well and continuing to lead us to truth.
This series is for students by students. We will study what our students submit! Submit a question at the link below, or stop at the building to ask a question for us to address in our series. No question is too small or too big. Let’s grow legs together!
